Educational Workshop

In collaboration with NATURA VIVA, students will have the opportunity to participate in an informative morning workshop where they will learn about karst waters, rivers, geography, biology, speleology, and other topics related to the protected areas of this region. The workshop will last for a maximum of two school periods, after which the rafting adventure begins. During the rafting trip, students will experience the stunning Mrežnica River firsthand and learn additional facts about the water, waterfalls, and safety from experienced guides.

Easy Rafting/Kayaking on the Mrežnica River

Upon arrival at the Rafting Center “Terra Croatica” in Zvečaj, guests will receive personal equipment – life jackets and helmets. In case of colder weather, neoprene pants and waterproof jackets (anoraks) will be provided. After a 30-minute break for refreshments and restroom use, the bus will transport the group to the starting point on the river. At the bridge in Generalski Stol, participants will change and prepare for the activity, with rafting/kayaking starting around noon. The river journey lasts between 2-3 hours, including several short breaks for rest and swimming at the waterfalls. The adventure ends in Zvečaj, right next to the Zeleni Kut restaurant, where lunch can be arranged.

Canceling a Trip by Terra Croatica Adventure Travel

In case of extreme weather conditions, Terra Croatica Adventure Travel reserves the right to delay the date of performance of the activity, if possible for a day or two before or after the booked date. If the change of dates is not possible, your payments will be fully refunded. You can read other travel conditions on Terms of business.

Depending on the weather conditions and the water level, Terra Croatica Adventure Travel tour is performed with the appropriate boats:

• kayak capacity of 2 persons
• raft capacity of 6-10 persons

Climate: Spring and summer are usually warm and sunny. From May to October temperatures are pleasant for nature activities. Rainy periods are always a possibility, so keep warm and suitable clothes with you.
