Personal Data Protection
The Client provides personal information on his own behalf. Personal data is required for performing the requested service. The same data will be used in our internal communication. The Agency undertakes that the personal data of the Client will not leave the country or be released to a third party, except for the needs of the requested service. An exception to disclosure of the Client’s information to the third party is for the needs of cancellation, or insurance against accidents or illness, insurance against loss of luggage or health insurance for the duration of the journey locally or abroad. If the Client requests insurance, personal data will be forwarded to the insurance company. Personal data will be stored in the database in accordance with the Management regulations on the methods used to collect, process and store personal data of the Client.
Privacy Protection
Terra Croatica Adventure Travel uses and protects the information it seeks and collects from the Client. The data will be used exclusively in accordance with this privacy statement and the applicable regulations of the General Terms of Business governing this area.
We can collect data such as: first and last name, phone number and email address for contact, location, sex, citizenship, as well as other data needed to research and improve the offer.
We collect the data: at the place of the trip, when making a reservation/offer, on our web site when making a booking or query for the offer – the information necessary for making the reservation/offer.
We collect personal information for the purposes of: execution of a contract/preparation for execution of the contract, execution of services to the client or making a bid for the client, or informing the user about the services and products.
Limitation of the collection and use of collected data: if you have previously agreed that we can use your information for the purposes of direct promotion, you can change your mind and email us to inform us that you no longer wish to do so, with your request on our email address info@raft.com.hr.
We will not sell, distribute or rent your personal information to third parties until we have your permission or unless it is requested by government authorities in accordance with regulations.
We forward the information to a third party when it is necessary to provide the client with the contracted service or requested information. This includes, for example, sending client data to a hotel or carrier when it is needed to perform a service or make a service offer.
When we engage subcontractors for the performance of certain jobs.
